"In Swansea there is a bastardised saying "Ambition Is Critical". It is a quote from our beloved son of the city, Dylan Thomas. But i always thought that the phrase was irrelevant when people applied to the lack of aspirations of myself and my fellow townsmen especially in the modern context when everyone wants to be something. I always believed that the lack of drive was a far greater factor. This project is a sonic experience of that.
Rule Me Well is a story of what happens when you come to the end of the tether with your own situations and surrounds before you actually do something that delivers you to a better day."
