New EP from Northeast mic vet Ken Masters, officially released during Bad Taste Cru’s Just Jam weekend.

‘This is not a Mixtape’ is actually a 7 track EP and features champion DJ Deejay Rasp, A.D.S and Nico. The EP kicks off with an interview which sounds to me like Gil Scott Heron, straight into Ken dropping heavy flows over a nice little head nodder, with Deejay Rasp handling the cuts. The following 6 tracks cover a variety of vibes, with the triumphant ‘Reality Cheque’ and soulful vocal sample and background vocals on the emotional track ‘Sonshine’
